W1 Property has grown from a bespoke builder of quality residential buildings which give value for money, to a company that is able to specialise in niche markets that arise through changes in the market place and thus only appear for a certain window of time. These opportunities are highly lucrative but quickly disappear to be replaced by others. W1 is able to adapt quickly and easily to this unlike all the bigger developers.

In 2005 W1 achieved NHBC status, which is a nationally recognised mark of excellence, and whilst we are proud of this we consider W1 to be a investor first and a developer second. This is its strength.
